Fix "Object Exporter Specified was not found" error

Windows 2000 Pro

If you are running Windows 2000 Pro and get the error "Object exporter specified was not found", update your Windows to  the latest Service Pack from Microsoft. Click on "Download Windows 2000 Latest Service Packs" in the Related articles below to download the appropriate service pack.

If updating the Windows service packs does not fix the error, update your Internet Explorer (IE) to the latest version that your computer system will support. Click "Download Internet Explorer" in the Related articles below to download the latest version of IE. 

Note: Both Internet Explorer 7 and 8 require a 233 MHz processor or higher;  a minimum memory of 64MB on Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) and Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1); and 128 MB of memory in the X64 versions (Windows XP Pro X64 and Windows Server 2003 SP1 ia64). If you have an older computer that does not meet the minimum system requirements for Internet Explorer 7 and higher, click "Download Internet Explorer 6" in the Related articles below to download IE 6. 

Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7

To fix the error "Object exporter specified was not found" in Windows Vista or 7, follow the instructions in the related article, "Disable McAfee's Redirector Services." Otherwise, ensure that your Internet connection is not being filtered through a Proxy Service (see related article "Disable Proxy Server") or web filter (such as AVG's Web Shield - see related article "Configure AVG Firewall and AVG Web Shield" below).

If the CTI Navigator function currently incurring an error previously worked in the recent past (few days or weeks) on this computer and all other approaches to fixing the error have failed, you can use the Windows System Restore function to reset Windows back to when everything (including CTI Navigator) worked correctly.
