Add Virtual Tour Link

If you have authority to add or revise your listings (see note 1 below), you can add a link to an existing Virtual Tour for your listing as follows.

In CTI Navigator Desktop:

  1. Select Add/Modify Listing under Listings in the main menu
  2. Click New and select the Form Type, or click Existing and enter (or browse for) a listing number as appropriate
  3. Select the last tab
  4. Click the "Add/Edit Internet Links" button near the bottom
  5. Enter the URL Internet address for where the Virtual Tour is hosted in the designated box for Virtual Tours.

In CTI Navigator Web

  1. Select Add/Revise Listing/Rental under Tools in the frame menu
  2. Click Add New and select the Form Type; or enter (or browse for) an Existing Number and click Edit as appropriate
  3. Select the "Internet Links" tab
  4. Enter the URL Internet address for where the Virtual Tour is hosted in the designated box for Virtual Tours.

Note 1: Your broker designates to your local MLS who should have authority to add or revise your listings.

Note 2: Virtual Tours added as part of the listing data must be un-branded. They should not identify a listing agent, office, brokerage, franchise, or non-MLS marketing service. Use the Internet links in the Document Manager of CTI Navigator Desktop and "Attached Documents" in Navigator Web for any  branded links (see note 3 below).

Note 3: Internet links in the Document Manager of CTI Navigator Desktop and "Attached Documents" in Navigator Web are primarily for linking documents (such as plat drawings, extra photos or maps) that are hosted on websites external to the MLS to MLS listings. The Internet links in Document Manager/Attached Documents can also be used to add a link in your listing to your own website.
