Formulator Online
CTI has contracted with Reveal Systems to provide
secured online access to state approved real estate forms and
contracts through Formulator Online for
licensed users of CTI Navigator. In addition to a library of approved
forms, Formulator Online allows you to combine a
variety of documents (such as maps, spreadsheets, word processing and pdf
files) into a single transaction folder so you can easily manage all the
relevant documents for a transaction together as a package. Formulator
Online includes form templates, a global editor, printable blank
forms, a library of approved clauses and favorite words, auto-calculation
total and subtotal fields, and a full function real estate calculator with
amortization table.
Formulator Online must be
accessed through Internet Explorer (see note 1 below). MLS members use your CTI Navigator user ID

ME); does not run in Firefox or
Mozilla web browsers; and does not run natively in Apple's Operating
Systems. It may run in a Mac that is running the Microsoft Windows
Operating System through virtualization or emulation, but tech support is
not provided for Apple or Mac based systems.
Note 2: Since
this is an online version of Formulator, you may want to Bookmark or
add its address to your Favorites in your IE browser for quick and easy
access. Of course, the link to the Formulator Online webpage is also available through CTI's Help and Support
website.
Note
3: When Formulator Online opens, the menu (and icons) will not work until
after you select one of the "Getting Started" options - Access the
Forms Library; Open Online Transaction; Open Local Transaction; or Access
Templates. If you prefer to bypass the Getting Starting options at startup,
check "Don't show this dialog on startup" on the
Getting Started screen.
