Formulator Online

CTI has contracted with Reveal Systems to provide secured online access to state approved real estate forms and contracts through Formulator Online for licensed users of CTI Navigator. In addition to a library of approved forms, Formulator Online allows you to combine a variety of documents (such as maps, spreadsheets, word processing and pdf files) into a single transaction folder so you can easily manage all the relevant documents for a transaction together as a package. Formulator Online includes form templates, a global editor, printable blank forms, a library of approved clauses and favorite words, auto-calculation total and subtotal fields, and a full function real estate calculator with amortization table.
