To create your personal IDX link, substitute your MLS code, your agent code, and, if desired, any of the following optional modifiers. Do not include the {braces} when you substitute code. All modifiers begin with the "&" symbol.
Examples. If your MLS Code was SAR, and your Agent Code was CTIMLS, the IDX link using all the default settings

Note: Include "quotation marks" when specifying Area or Profile Name.
Defaults. Entries shown in square brackets [] are the default. If you want the default behavior, do not use the modifier. For example, there is no need to use "&sponsor=agent" because agent is already the default sponsor. Likewise, there is no need to enter "&scope = all" because the scope is set to all by default (i.e., unless otherwise specified, such as as &scope = company, &scope = office, or &scope = mine).

Description of Modifier Options:
&sponsor - Determines what is displayed on the
"Presented by:" line on each page. = [agent] for
Agent's name; = Office
for Office name.
&bgcolor - Sets Background color. For example, = [AABBDD] for Light blue. Can be any HTML color code.
&scope - Sets the scope of the listings. = [all] for All listings in the MLS. = Company for Only listings from my company. = Office for Only listings from my office. = Mine for Only my listings.
&criteria - Search criteria page. = [yes] for Show the page; = [no] for Don't show the search criteria page. Must set "&criteria = no" to be able to specify custom search criteria (see &profile)
&back - Add a back button to the map. Used to link back to a calling page. = [no] for Don't show back button. = yes for Show back button.
&formtype - Select a Form Type. (Call CTI for Form Type codes.) = [all] for Asks for Form Type. = 2011 to Specify what Form Type to search.
&area - Select an area or a list of areas. (Call CTI for Area codes.) = [all] for Asks for areas. = "4012" to Specify what area to search ["4012" is an example]. Enclose a specified Area in "quotation marks". = "4011,4012" to Specify a list of areas to search. Separate multiple areas with a comma.
&log - Usage notification - Each time a user accesses the IDX, are you e-mailed? = [no] for Don't notify. = yes for Notify.
&phone - Overrides your office phone number (which is the default). =[] for Office phone number. = ###-#### for Desired phone number. Can also include area code (such as &phone = 941-371-2743).
&profile - Loads custom search criteria from a file and shows results (must be used with &criteria=no)
&css - Adds external style sheet to all pages ctimls.com\{MLS}\city.css - Adds the external style sheet from this URL.
&asknumber - Display Listing Number entry on map criteria page. = [yes] to Show Listing Number entry box. = no to Don't Listing Number entry box
&listings - Show the selected listing numbers (must be used with &criteria=no). Enter multiple listing numbers separated by a comma. = ######,######
