"... Not a Valid win32 Application" Error

 An error that a file is "not a valid win32 application" indicates that the file is corrupted or is missing some components. A security program filter, firewall or interruption of Internet service when downloading or installing the Desktop version of CTI Navigator can cause this error.

To fix this error, delete the corrupted file, and then either

  1. Temporarily disable your third-party security program or firewall before downloading the file; --or--
  2. Download the file using a different Internet browser. 

Ensure that the download completes before attempting to open or run the file.
