IDX Search Error

IDX search errors usually are a result of Internet browser problems or settings. Once an error has occurred, close all open browser screens (to clear out their temporary files). If the error occurs when you search again: 

  1. Open your Internet Options (from the Windows Control Panel or from the Internet Explorer Tools)
  2. Select the Privacy tab
  3. Click the Advanced button (not Advanced tab)
  4. Check "Override automatic cookie handling
  5. Click "Always allow session cookies
  6. Set or leave "First-party cookies" as "Accept"  [note: Third -party cookies can be Accept, Block or Prompt]
  7. Click the OK button on the privacy screen.
