Agents can maintain their own personal contact information (such as phone numbers, postal mail and email address) in the MLS. To verify or change your information, open CTI Navigator > select Web-Links > click MLS Realtors Only (or Private Website) > on the Realtors Private web site select Tools > Update Personal Information.
Where allowed by local MLS policy, agents can change their own password in CTI Navigator. To change your password (or that for the account you used to log into CTI Navigator), on CTI Navigator's main menu select File > Set Password.
