Agents can use CTI Navigator Desktop or Web to maintain their own personal contact information (such as phone numbers, postal mail and email address) in the MLS.
Desktop: To verify or change your contact information in CTI Navigator Desktop, select Web-Links on the main menu, and then click MLS Realtors Only (or Private Website). On your MLS Realtors Only Private web site, select Tools, and then select "Update Personal Information".
Web: To verify or change your contact information in CTI Navigator Web, select Web-Links (or Links) in the frame menu, and then select either "Personal Information Update" (if available) or select MLS Realtors Only (or MLS Private) web. On your MLS Realtors Only Private website, select Tools in the top menu, and then select "Update Personal Information".
Where allowed by local MLS policy, agents can change their own password in CTI Navigator Desktop or Web. Your broker also can designate someone in office management as a "Password Administrator" with authority to change passwords for members of that office. Passwords must be 4 to 32 characters in length, and are not case sensitive.
Desktop: To change your password (or the password for a user for whom you have password admin authority), on CTI Navigator Desktop's main menu select File > Set Password. For details, see the related article below, "Set Password in CTI Navigator ".
Web: To change your password (or the password for a user for whom you have password admin authority), on CTI Navigator Web's frame menu select Tools > Change Password.
