The "Item cannot be found..." error (3265) and the "Index not found" (ODBC) error usually indicates that the MLS data or the dictionary for the MLS data on this computer have been corrupted. Follow the instructions below appropriate for the function you were using when the error occurred (Searching, Adding/Revising, or Displaying Data).
You can re-install the MLS data (no need to re-install the program or photos) from a recent CTI Navigator installation CD (see related article "Install CTI Navigator"), or if you have high speed Internet access, you can download and unzip the replacement MLS data file from CTI's Download Support website (see related article "Download CTI Navigator and/or Repair Data or Windows").
If you are running CTI Navigator set to access data over the Internet and get error 3265 when searching, you should re-install the dictionary file (Dic.mdb) for the MLS data. To replace your dictionary file, go to http://ctimls.com/Downloads/{YourMLScode}/Dic.mdb > Save this file to C:\Program Files\CTI Navigator\{YourMLScode}\Data and replace the existing file of the same name.
If there is a problem saving the Dic.mdb file, go to http://ctimls.com/Downloads/{YourMLScode}/Dic.exe > Save this file to your desktop > Open the file (in Vista right-click on the Dic.exe file on your desktop > select Run as Administrator > Allow) > Unzip. Do not change the "Unzip to" folder.
Update after reinstalling data.

To fix error 3265 when adding or revising a listing:
Sometimes the error is caused by formatting in your name (such as a dot, apostrophe or comma) that the version of Windows on your computer does not process properly. In this case, contact your local MLS and ask them to remove any formatting in your name (use only alphabetical letters). After changes are made to your name, update manually (Start > Programs > CTI Navigator > Update Manager > Update button) if you are using local MLS data. The next time you log into CTI Navigator, enter your six-letter agent code instead of you full name.

Attempting to display fields in a custom report that are not available in the listing data (such as bathrooms in Form Type "Land") can create an item or index not found error. Either use the default report, delete the inappropriate filed from the custom report, delete the custom report, or only search listings that include all fields in the report. The custom report you created will be stored in C:\Program Files\Cti Navigator\{YourMLScode}\Users\{YourAgentName}\Reports\Listings\{YourReport}.rdf. (See the related article "Design Flyers and Custom Reports in CTI Navigator".) Do not delete any standard "rdf" reports.
Note: Where instructions refer to {YourMLScode}, substitute CTI's 3-letter code for your local MLS. This code can be determined by opening the CTI Navigator login screen > click the Setup button > the MLS code is the first 3 letters in the Internet Server Address box. Where instructions refer to {YourAgentName}, substitute your name exactly as it is spelled in the MLS Roster.
