The error message "File Already Exists" indicates that a file CTI Navigator is attempting to use is locked or corrupted. The fix is to replace a corrupted file, and unlock or replace a locked file. See the section below for the "File in use by another user" error.
Installation: If the error occurs during installation of MLS data, delete the corrupted Mls.mdb data file and replace it as follows:
Photo Update: If the error occurs while updating photos:
Photo Manager: If the error occurs when using Photo Manager:
Note: Where instructions refer to {YourMLScode}, substitute CTI's 3-letter code for your local MLS. This code can be determined by opening the CTI Navigator login screen > click the Setup button > first 3 letters in the Internet Server Address box are the MLS code. Where instructions refer to {YourAgentName}, substitute your name exactly as it is spelled in the MLS Roster.

The "File in use by another user" error when compacting data indicates that there is not enough available unused space on the computer's hard drive. The compact function requires at least 200 MB of free space. To fix this error, either delete sufficient files on your hard drive to free-up more than 200 MB of space (which is recommended); or set CTI Navigator to use data over the Internet instead of inside your computer. (Note: It is not recommended to set data to the Internet for laptops or any computer that does not always have Internet access. For setup instructions, see "Set Data to Internet Option" in the related article "Install CTI Navigator".)
