Control Array Element Does Not Exist
"Run time error 340: Control Array Element Does Not exist"
indicates that Navigator Desktop cannot properly access the Windows registry. To
fix this error
- Temporarily disable your antivirus/firewall
program. If this resolves the error, configure your security program to not
scan or block the CTI Navigator website for your MLS. See
Configure Security Program Settings.
- If step 1 does not fix the problem, un-install and
re-install Navigator Desktop, or switch to using CTI Navigator Web in
your Internet browser. See
