Control Array Element Does Not Exist

"Run time error 340: Control Array Element Does Not exist" indicates that Navigator Desktop cannot properly access the Windows registry. To fix this error

  1. Temporarily disable your antivirus/firewall program. If this resolves the error, configure your security program to not scan or block the CTI Navigator website for your MLS. See Configure Security Program Settings.
  2. If step 1 does not fix the problem, un-install and re-install Navigator Desktop, or switch to using CTI Navigator Web in your Internet browser. See  Download, Install or Access CTI Navigator .
