          when using CTI Navigator

 Access Denied

 CMA Reports and Errors 

"Class Does Not Support Automation or Expected Interface" or "ClassFactory Cannot Supply Requested Class"

"Class not Registered on local machine" error

"Data Source Filename too long" or "Data Source Not Found" error

 Dynazip error

EMAIL errors: 

CLS Send or Mapi error in Email 

Collaborative Data Object (CDO), Active X or Unspecified Email error

Missing Links or Attachments  

No Send button in Email program 

Repair or Reinstall Outlook Express (if no specific error message) 

"Request Timed Out" run-time email error (can't get Token)

SMTP Server error (0x800CCC79) in Email

File Already Exists error or File in Use by Another User error 

IDX Search error

INSTALL errors:

 Install Starts Setup for Wrong Program

16-bit error or Program Installation disappears or locks up 

Method of Object Failed error; or Provider Cannot Be Found error

"Subscript Out of Range" error (9)

SEND errors:

"Remote Server does not exist or is Unavailable" error (462)

"RPC Server is Unavailable" error

 Unable to Connect to Remote Host error

"Version error", "Invalid Bookmark", or "Invalid Procedure Call or Argument" error

"Path/File Access error" (75) 

Switch to or Retry error 

Type Mismatch

 UPDATE errors:

Data File Too Old or File Sharing Lock Count Exceeded error

Dynazip error

"File already exists" or "Unable to Connect to Server" when updating Photos

Invalid Property Value" error (380)

Path/File Access error

Specified module could not be found 

Unable to Download Update Files

Unrecognized Database Format

Update Problems

"Workgroup Information File is Missing or Open Exclusively by Another User" error

 

 

Note 1: Different problems can cause the same error message. The appropriate fix often depends on what function was in use at the time the error occurred. If you do not see your specific error message listed, look under the function in use when the error occurred (such as Install, Login, Email, Photo, Search, Send, or Update). 

Note 2: If you need additional assistance getting CTI Navigator working properly, CTI customers can call CTI's Tech Support (at 800-533-1031) on weekdays during normal business hours or follow the instructions at Request Remote Assistance from CTI.
